The Navarro Au Mexique collection is inspired by a photograph of “Hernandez House Agustin Hernandez Navarro, Mexico City, Mexico, 1973” by great modernist architectural photographer Julius Schulman.

The architect of Navarro Au Mexique (1970), Agustin Hernandez Navarro, was the leading exponent of  “emotional” architecture. The organic curves and form of the house are feminine and contemporary. Neutral tones are the basis of the colour palette of the house, accented by warm golds. This is transcended into contemporary suiting, asymmetric shirting, and luxurious silk styles that are bias cut, with curved seam lines to mimic the curves of the iconic Hernandez House.
